KBA leads the field in specialised shaftless offset presses for printing multicolour directories. Our high-tech directory presses are engineered for web widths of up to 2 metres (783/4in) and web speeds of up to 15mps (2,953fpm). In straight mode they can deliver up to 88,000 full-colour signatures an hour on lightweight stock. Two-across Comet tower presses and special inline Colora presses are also in operation printing colour directories. >>>

The acquisition by subsidiary Bauer+Kunzi of LTG-Mailänder in 2006 has propelled us to the pole position in the metal-decorating sector. The new entity, KBA MetalPrint, converts largeformat Rapida units into specialised presses for high-quality printing on aluminium and coated steel sheets. Marketed under the name Metalstar2, the presses are available with a variety of features including inline coating. KBA MetalPrint also specialises in air-cleaning systems. >>>
