The KBA COMMANDER presses in four-high tower
configurations for multi-colour directory
printing are high-performance installations for
three-shift operation. The shaftless offset
directory presses recently delivered to the USA
and Japan are setting new production standards
with web speeds of approx. 15
m/s.

- High-performance folders offer exact folds and outstanding flexibility while satisfying the strictest safety standards
- Reduced pin spacing for collect and non-collect production
- 2:5:5 cylinder ratio minimises centrifugal forces on the printed signatures and permits maximum production speeds
- Directory sections with varying numbers of pages can be printed together and delivered alongside each other via the double-jaw folder
- As an option: Variable-format V5 gripper folder for maximum production flexibility
